Прокуратура передала до Верховної ради подання про дозвіл на зняття депутатської недоторканності і арешт одного з депутатів коаліції.

Про це повідомив Генпрокурор Віктор Шокін на брифінгу у вівторок,пише Українська правда.

"Я підписав і вніс подання до Верховної Ради - воно вже там - про притягнення до кримінальної відповідальності, затримання та арешт одного з депутатів, члена провладної коаліції, щоб ви розуміли, що не тільки будуть притягнуті будь-які депутати, і із коаліції. Ніякої політики, тільки закон", - заявив він.

Пізніше стало відомо, що депутатом, з якого Генпрокуратура просить зняти депутатську недоторканність, є член фракції Радикальної Партії Андрій Лозовий.

Лідер Радикальної партії Олег Ляшко заявляє, що це помста Президента Порошенка за позицію партії щодо голосування проти особливого статусу Донбасу.

Народний депутат від Радикальної партії Андрій Лозовой зауважив у коментарі ТСН.ua, що був готовий до подання генпрокурором Шокіним на зняття з нього недоторканності.

"Я знав, що це буде. Я не боюся ні внесення цого подання, ні голосування "за", ні тюрми. Якщо посадять, то сидітиму точно менше, ніж Шокін буде генпрокурором, а Порошенко - президентом. Це розправа над патріотами, це помста Радикальній партії за жорстку позицію по тому, що не можна здавати Донбас, що зараз робить Порошенко і його банда", - заявив Лозовой.

Крім того, нардеп наголосив на одному "дуже показовому моменті".

"У Верховній Раді сидять стовпи режиму Януковича - Льовочкін, Бойко, Бакулін. На них ніяких подань немає. Але є подання вже на мене. І готують подання на Ігоря Мосейчука, Дмитра Лінька, Вячеслава Константіновського, Семена Семенченка, Андрія Денисенка", - розповів Лозовой.

Депутат повідомив, що подання проти нього обґрунтовано "сфабрикованою справою" про те, що він начебто побив селищного голову Коцюбинського.

"Хоча селищний голова Коцюбинського безумовно заслужив, щоб його побили. Цей покидьок роздає направо і наліво землю забудовникам. Коцюбинське - це стройки. А для п'ятьох учасників АТО легендарної 72-ї бригади, які були рік на фронті без зарплати, на них землі немає", - додав Лозовий.
