Экс-президент Грузии Михеил Саакашвили предложил перенести столицу Украины из Киева в Черкасскую область в 17-тысячный городок Шпола, который является географическим центром страны.
 

Соответствующее видео с Саакашвили появилось на YouTube, передает "ДС".

"Здесь в чистом поле мы построим новые прозрачные очень красивые административные здания. Здесь будет культ меритократии, то есть люди будут подбираться по их трудолюбию, по их таланту и исключительно по конкурсу... Здесь будет глубоко под землей мультимедийный центр управления ситуацией, как в Америке, как в других странах. Люди, которые будут выбраны управлять страной, они будут наблюдать за происходящим в Украине и около ее границ, и во всем мире из этого центра и будут принимать все важные решения... Сюда подтянутся железные дороги и автобаны со всей Украины. Сюда можно будет доехать за полчаса, за час, максимум за четыре часа. На быстрых поездах и по автобанам", - сказал Саакашвили на видео.

Экс-президент Грузии уверен, что киевляне будут только рады избавится от административных центров в Киеве, что разгрузит "старые совковые здания". По его словам, в этих зданиях в Киеве будут гостиницы, рестораны, музеи, также будут пешеходные улицы, велосипедные дорожки.
