Для подготовки документа создана экспертная группа.

Спикер Верховной Рады Владимир Гройсман подписал распоряжение о создании экспертной группы по подготовке нового закона о местных выборах.

В своем фейсбуке Гройсман заявил, что в группы собраны "все сильнейшие эксперты".

Первое заседание экспертной группы должно состояться в ближайшее время,пише Левый берег

Напомним, местные выборы должны состояться 25 октября 2015 года.

К этому времени власти хотят внести изменения в Конституцию в части децентрализации.
