Президент Украины Петр Порошенко ответил на электронную петицию о назначении Дарта Вейдера премьер-министром Украины вместо Арсения Яценюка.
Об этом говорится в ответе Президента на петицию №22/004829-еп «Дарта Вейдера - в премьер-министры Украины», опубликованном на сайте главы государства.
«Обращаю внимание, что вопрос назначения Премьер-министра Украины урегулирован Конституцией Украины и Законом Украины «О Кабинете Министров Украины». Согласно Конституции Украины, Премьер-министр Украины назначается Верховной Радой Украины по представлению Президента Украины (пункт 12 части первой статьи 85, часть вторая статьи 114)», - говорится в ответе.
Порошенко подчеркнул, что внесению Президентом такого представления должно предшествовать предложение коалиции депутатских фракций в Верховной Раде Украины.
Напомним, петиция о назначении Дарта Вейдера в премьер-министры 8 сентября 2015 г. зарегистрировал Магистр Йода. 17 октября петиция набрала более 25 тыс. подписей.
