Компания United Airlines решила отбелить свой подпорченный имидж, присоединившись к рекордному вирусному твиту о наггетсах о котором сообщал PRпортал.  Но негатив настолько велик, что не позволяет компании взлететь.

В апреле Картер Вилкерсон захотел установить новый рекорд вирусного поста в Twitter и получить возможность бесплатно поедать куриные наггетсы в Wendy's круглый год.

United, в свою очередь, пообещала ему бесплатный перелет в Wendy's в любую страну мира, если его пост соберет более 18 млн ретвитов. Когда подросток установил рекорд, авиакомпания решила напомнить ему о призе. Но, бдительные пользователи сразу же отреагировали на пост, напомнив обо всех фейлах компании и заверив, что она не вернет свою репутацию. 

Напомним, United Airlines оказалась в центре скандала, грубо вытолкнув из самолета 69-го врача. За этот случай менеджмент потерял премию. Ранее она отказалась пустить на борт девушек в леггинсах, а последняя PR-катастрофа была связана со смертью огромного кролика, не перенесшего перелет из Лондона в Чикаго.
