Громадська організація “Електронна демократія” буде проводити онлайн публікацію фотокопій протоколів з результатами голосування під час другого туру виборів до місцевих рад на платформі
https://e-vybory.org/ Крім того, за достатньої кількості протоколів, буде вестись незалежний паралельний підрахунок.
Публікація фотокопій протоколів на платформі
https://e-vybory.org/ відкрита для усіх міст України, де відбувається повторне голосування. Зокрема, заплановано оприлюднення протоколів по таких містах: Миколаїв, Львів, Рівне, Івано-Франківськ та Київ.
Фотокопію протоколу може завантажити будь-хто, попередньо пройшовши ідентифікацію. Щоб попередити відправки несправжніх або відредагованих фото протоколів система використовує надійну ідентификацію спостерігачів за допомогою банківської картки (технологія BankID) або електронного цифрового підпису (наприклад, від податкової). Данні того хто надіслав протокол публікуються разом з ним, їх теж можна переглянути.
"Головне для чого, створена платформа E-Vybory.org, це попередити фальсифікації та будь-які зміни в протоколах по дорозі до ТВК. Платформа розроблена таким чином, що фото протоколу можна завантажити на сайт як і з комп'ютера, так і з будь-якого мобільного пристрою. Це дає можливість опубліковувати дані, знаодячись безпосердньо на дільниці", - зазначає Володимир Фльонц, голова організації "Електронна демократія"
