Проект WikiLeaks опублікував нову партію документів щодо проекту ЦРУ, який називається "Пандемія".

Згідно з повідомленням, в рамках проекту "Пандемія" було можливе зараження віддалених користувачів комп'ютерів на Microsoft Windows всередині локальної мережі при передачі файлу "на льоту", при цьому оригінальний файл на сервері не змінюється.

Один комп'ютер в локальній мережі з загальними дисками, інфікований "Пандемією" діятиме як "нульовий пацієнт" в поширенні вірусу. Він заражатиме віддалені комп'ютери, якщо користувач виконує програми, що зберігаються на зараженому файловому сервері.
