Благодійна організація Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), що займається профілактикою самогубств, представила кампанію «This Is Not A Drill», яка звертається до критичної проблеми покоління Z — складність говорити про власне психічне здоров’я.

Кампанія, що поєднує в собі музику, комедію та гострі тексти, покликана підвищити обізнаність та надати практичні рекомендації щодо того, як розпізнати ознаки того, що хтось може мати проблеми, на основі посібника CALM «Worried About Someone».

«This Is Not A Drill» включає в себе оригінальний дрил-трек, а також серію роликів, які мають на меті допомогти новому поколінню молодих людей, які за статистикою найменше схильні звертатися по допомогу щодо власного психічного здоров’я, розпізнати, коли хтось із їхніх близьких може мати проблеми.

Кампанія також висвітлює вражаючу статистику: 18-24-річні люди, які активно говорять про психічне здоров’я інших, найменше схильні шукати підтримки для себе. Згідно з даними кампанії CALM «Open Up», більше половини молодих людей цієї вікової групи (53%) не впевнені, чи варто починати розмову про власне психічне здоров’я, порівняно з 33% людей у віці 25 років і старше.
