Прецедент з відміною другого туру виборів мера Павлограда Дніпропетровської області називають "кричущим правовим нігилізмом".

Про це  повідомляє координатор виборчих і парламентських програм Громадянської мережі "ОПОРА" Ольга Айвазовська на власній сторінці у Фейсбук.

"Можливість непроведення повторного голосування в Павлограді через зменшення кількості виборців після отримання уточнених списків виборців унікальна за своєю суттю ситуація. Хочу нагадати, що двотурові вибори це окрема виборча система, що має назву мажоритарна абсолютної більшості, а однотурова - мажоритарна система відносної більшості. Мова не про повторне голосування, а про прецедент зміни виборчої системи до закічення виборчого процесу. Такого кричущого правового нігилізму в історії українських виборів ще не було.", - обурюється Айвазовська.
