Киевский районный суд Симферополя арестовал оператора крымскотатарского канала АТР Эскендера Небиева на 2 месяца.

Как сообщил адвокат Джемиль Темишев , суд решил, что Небиев может скрыться и оказывать давление на свидетелей,пишет Центр журналистских расследований

«Следствие уверено, что Небиев принимал участие в митинге 26 февраля как активный участник, якобы у них есть видеодоказательства», — отметил адвокат.

Небиева сейчас этапируют из ИВС в СИЗО.

Темишев сообщил, что они будут подавать апелляцию на решение Киевского районного суда

Как сообщалось, вечером 20 апреля был задержан оператор ATR Эскендер Небиев.В его доме провели обыск. Небиев до сих пор находится в ИВС в Симферополе. По словам коллег, ему собираются определять меру пресечения.

Напомним, дадержанных допрашивают как свидетелей беспорядков у стен ВР АРК во время событий годичной давности — 26 февраля 2014 года.

Правозащитники считают дело «26 февраля» юридически ничем не обоснованным и рассматривают его как инструмент политического преследования. При этом, за участие в событиях 26 февраля арестованы только активисты, оппозиционные к действующей власти Крыма.
