Прокуратура Женевы задержала системного администратора панамской компании Mossack Fonseca, архив которой послужил основой для расследования об офшорных компаниях влиятельных людей.

Об этом со ссылкой на генерального прокурора Женевы Оливье Жорно сообщает газета Le Temps, пишет Новое время

Системного администратора, по информации издания, подозревают в удалении с компьютеров Mossack Fonseca большого архива данных.

Как передает Слон, в связи с этим сотруднику компании предъявлено обвинение в краже информации, незаконном доступе и в злоупотреблении доверием с использованием служебного положения. В прокуратуре подтвердили факт расследования, но отказались от дальнейших комментариев.

Уточняется, что это произошло "несколько дней назад". 15 июня в швейцарском офисе компании прошли обыски, связанные с этим задержанием, в ходе которых изъяли компьютеры.

Напомним, в середине апреля обыски прошли в штаб-квартире Mossack Fonseca в Панаме.

Ранее результаты глобального расследования об офшорных компаниях влиятельных людей появились 3 апреля. Свыше 400 журналистов со всего мира вели расследование от имени международного консорциума журналистов-расследователей.

Среди фигурантов панамского скандала об офшорах значатся фамилии 12 действующих и бывших известных политиков, более 120 бизнесменов и 29 богатых бизнесменов из рейтинга журнала Forbes.
