Один из крупнейших провайдеров телекоммуникационных услуг в Украине, компания Воля, заявил о внешней атаке на сеть, из-за которой у абонентов начались перебои с доступом к Интернету.

Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе компании.

"В понедельник в 17:40 в Киеве начались перебои доступа к услуге Интернет. Мы прилагаем максимум усилий для возобновления услуг и сервисов. Уже в ближайшее время технические специалисты будут знать причину аварии", - отметили в компании.

Информацию о возобновлении услуги в отдельных районах размещают на странице Воле в Facebook.

По информации из социальных сетей, проблема с отсутствием интернет-услуг провайдера фиксируется по всей территории Украины.

Компания подтвердила факт внешней атаки на сеть, которая привела к перебоям доступа к услуге Интернет в Киеве, а также вывела из доступа колл-центр и корпоративный ресурс компании.

Технические специалисты компании намерены были восстановить сервис в течение часа, но работы продолжаются и во вторник утром.
