Голові Державної фіскальної служби України Роману Насірову вручили підозру.

Як заявили адвокати Насірова в коментарі Радіо Свобода, що веде трансляцію з місця події, співробітники НАБУ вручили підозру голові ДФС, коли він уже був непритомний. Отже, стверджують адвокати, вручення підозри є незаконним.

 

Після цього Насірова вивезли з "Феофанії" на ношах. Співробітник лікарні повідомив, що його перевозять в 3-ій корпус, в кардіореанімацію. За словами лікаря, у Насірова діагностували інфаркт міокарда.

Раніше повідомлялося, що главу Державної фіскальної служби України Романа Насірова в четвер увечері затримують у Феофанії у так званій "справі Онищенка".

У четвер ввечері НАБУ проводить обшуки за кількома адресами, в тому числі в центральному офісі Державної фіскальної служби, в рамках розслідування кримінального провадження, пов’язаного з неправомірними, на думку слідства, рішеннями Насірова про розстрочення податкових боргів підприємствам із орбіти колишнього народного депутата Олександра Онищенка.

Онищенко підозрюється в організації схеми з розкрадання коштів при видобутку і продажу природного газу в рамках договорів про спільну діяльність з ПАТ "Укргазвидобування", в результаті якої державі було завдано збитків на суму близько 3 млрд грн.
