Национальное агентство по вопросам противодействия коррупции открыло Единый государственный реестр лиц, совершивших коррупционные или связанные с коррупцией правонарушения. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.

Реестр содержит информацию о лицах, привлеченных к уголовной, административной, дисциплинарной или гражданско-правовой ответственности за совершение коррупционных или связанных с коррупцией правонарушений, а также о юридических лицах, в которых применены меры уголовно-правового характера в связи с совершением коррупционного правонарушения.

Зарегистрированный пользователь может получить справку о себе на основе персональных данных, указанных в его ЭЦП.

Информация, доступная в Реестре:

1) о физическом лице, которое привлечено к ответственности за совершение коррупционного или связанного с коррупцией правонарушения;

2) о юридическом лице, к которому применены меры уголовно-правового характера.

Реестр бесплатный, удобный в использовании и доступен круглосуточно.

В Реестре предусмотрена функция самостоятельного бесплатного получения справки юридическими лицами - участниками публичных закупок.
