Національна рада з питань телебачення і радіомовлення оголосила попередження ТОВ «Голдберрі» (цифровий ефірний телеканал «Еспресо TV») за пряму трансляцію виступу президента Російської Федерації Володимира Путіна перед Федеральними зборами 4 грудня. Відповідне рішення Нацрада ухвалила на засіданні 18 грудня,повідомляє Телекритика

Санкцію до каналу застосовано за порушення статті 6 закону «Про телебачення і радіомовлення» («Неприпустимість зловживання свободою телерадіоорганізацій») в частині заборони використання ТРО для «пропаганди винятковості, зверхності або неповноцінності осіб за ознаками їх релігійних переконань, ідеології, належності до тієї чи іншої нації або раси, фізичного або майнового стану, соціального походження»; а також за порушення статті 28 закону «Про інформацію» («Неприпустимість зловживання правом на інформацію»), яка вказує, що «інформація не може бути використана для закликів до повалення конституційного ладу, порушення територіальної цілісності України, пропаганди війни, насильства, жорстокості, розпалювання міжетнічної, расової, релігійної ворожнечі, вчинення терористичних актів, посягання на права і свободи людини».
