На возобновление данных реестра избирателей на оккупированном Донбассе нужно не менее полугода. Об этом в интервью РБК-Украина сообщил заместитель председателя Центральной избирательной комиссии (ЦИК) Андрей Магера.

"Полное и достоверное обновление этих данных (реестра избирателей на оккупированом Донбассе - ред.) может продолжаться и до полугода, или даже года, если мы хотим сделать это максимально качественно", - сказал Магера.

По его словам, органы ведения реестра на соответствующих местностях прекратили свое функционирование и соответствующие данные не обновлялись уже больше года.

"Там уже больше года не обновлялись данные государственного реестра в отношении лиц, которые, например, достигли 18-летнего возраста, лиц, которые умерли, сменили фамилию и имя, изменили избирательный адрес и прочее. Возможно, это тоже следует учесть в законе об особенностях проведения выборов", - добавил Магера.
