Майже 300 тисяч співробітників "Української залізниці" підключаються до загальнонаціональної кампанії в підтримку української льотчиці Надії Савченко. 

Про це на своїй сторінці в Facebook повідомив керівник департаменту інформаційної політики і зв'язків з громадськістю "УЗ" Даниїл Ваховський.

Він зазначив, що не багато хто знає, що Савченко починала кар'єру військового в залізничних військах, де вона служила радистом.

Зокрема, у п'ятницю, 11 березня, о 14.10 усі потяги в Україні дадуть гудок в знак підтримки української льотчиці.

Савченко в Росії обвинувачують у вбивстві двох російських журналістів, а також у незаконному перетині російського кордону. Її захист відкидає обвинувачення, заявляючи, що на момент загибелі російських журналістів Савченко вже захопили в полон бойовики, які потім примусово переправили її до Росії. Однак російський суд не взяв до уваги докази невинності Савченко.

9 березня російський суд вирішив оголосити вирок Савченко 21-22 березня. Льотчиця заявила, що продовжуватиме сухе голодування, розпочате 4 березня на знак протесту проти затягування з оголошенням вироку.
