13 жовтня, під головуванням заступника Міністра інформаційної політики України Тетяни Попової, відбулося засідання Комісії з питань забезпечення стабільного функціонування системи національного телебачення і радіомовлення при Міністерстві інформаційної політики України.

Під час засідання голова Концерну РРТ Володимир Іщук  повідомив, що поблизу Луганська, власними силами Концерну РРТ, введено в дію радіомовний FM-передавач для трансляції програм «Радіо Пульс» Луганської ОДТРК на частоті 99,5 МГц. Після отримання коштів з бюджету потужність передавача буде збільшена.

Робота передавача забезпечила доступ мешканців Станично-Луганського району та частково м. Луганська до програм Луганського обласного радіо. При цьому використано наявний передавач меншої потужності, а антенно-фідерний тракт змонтовано з резервних матеріалів.

Разом з тим, юристи Міністерства інформаційної політики України розпочали готувати постанову для подальшого забезпечення стабільного функціонування системи національного телебачення і радіомовлення в Одеській, Херсонській, Харківській областях та в зоні АТО.
