Після виведення російських окупаційних військ буде можливе голосування за зміни до Конституції у другому читанні і за закон про вибори на непідконтрольних територіях.

Про це заявив у коментарі журналістам голова фракції БПП у Верховній Раді Юрій Луценко, передає INSIDER.

"Я думаю, що до кінця цього року ми маємо бути свідками наступних важливих подій. Виведення російських окупаційних військ, про що має засвідчити місія ОБСЄ, котра в Парижі отримала більший мандат. Тільки після цього, на мою думку, можливо голосувати за зміни до Конституції у другому читанні. І тільки після цього можна приймати закон про вибори на нині непідконтрольних територіях", - сказав Луценко.

За його словами, за вимогами ОБСЄ через 90 днів після прийняття закона можуть відбутися вибори на Донбасі.

"Це означає, що вибори теоретично можуть відбутися у разі виведення окупаційних військ, складання зброї сепаратистами, а також прийняття Верховною Радою Конституції і закону, приблизно у квітні місяці", - додав він.
