Секретар Луцької міської ради Юлія Вусенко проходить до парламенту за списком політичної партії "Об'єднання "Самопоміч" замість Олени Бабак.

Це випливає з виборчого списку партії на позачергових виборах Ради 26 жовтня 2014 року, розміщеному на сайті Центральної виборчої комісії, передають Українські Новини.

Вусенко входить до списку "Самопомочі" під №36. Вона 1982 року народження, має вищу освіту, на момент включення в список була доцентом кафедри цивільно-правових дисциплін Східноєвропейського національного університету імені Лесі Українки, проживає в Луцьку.

Вусенко є керівником Волинської обласної організації партії "Самопоміч".

У 2015 році на місцевих виборах була обрана до Луцької міськради, де з 2 грудня 2015 року обіймає посаду секретаря.

Після смерті голови Луцької міськради Миколи Романюка 3 лютого Вусенко виконує обов'язки мера.

У свою чергу лідер фракції "Самопоміч" Олег Березюк повідомив  у коментарі Українській правді, що наразі не вирішено, чи до ВР пройде Вусенко, яка виконує обов'язки мера Луцька, чи хтось інший. 

"Поки невідомо, хто буде (в Раді) замість Бабак", - зазначив Березюк.
