Верховная Рада обязала местные советы принимать решения открытым поименным голосованием. Как передает корреспондент ЛІГА.net, за изменения в статью 59 закона о местном самоуправлении в Украине №2016а проголосовали 236 народных депутатов.

Изменениями предусмотрено, что местные советы принимают решения открытым поименным голосованием. Исключения составляют случаи, для которых законом предусмотрено тайное голосование - например, избрание на должности в местных советах или вопросы недоверия. 

Результаты поименного голосования подлежат обязательному обнародованию и в день принятия решения должны быть размещены на официальных веб-сайтах местных советов.
