Лідер фракції БПП Юрій Луценко готовий до "генпрокурорського виклику", хоча й розуміє, що це наразі неможливо відповідно до діючих кваліфікаційних вимог.
 

Про це він повідомив в кулуарах парламенту, пише Еспресо.

"Ця система (прокуратури, - ред.) не піддається реформуванню. Її необхідно повністю зламати і це має зробити людина збоку", - заявив Луценко.

Він сказав, що "якщо знайдеться людина, яка готова це зробити енергійно і професійно, то він з радістю натисне кнопку".

"Якщо буде кинуто виклик мені особисто, я ніколи не ухилявся від викликів. Але на цей момент чинне законодавство не дозволяє такої дії з мого боку", - розповів лідер БПП у парламенті.

Луценко додав, що очолити ГПУ може людина з юридичною освітою і з 10 роками стажу юридичної діяльності.
