США не должны направлять свои наземные войска в Ирак и Сирию. Такое мнение высказала экс-госсекретарь США, потенциальный кандидат в президентыХиллари Клинтон на встрече с избирателями в штате Айова.

«Не должно быть американских наземных войск в Ираке и Сирии. Силы специального назначения — да, но не наземные войска», — сказала она.

Клинтон отметила, что считает «важнейшей и обязательной задачей для президента США стремление избегать военных действий»: «И я безусловно буду действовать таким образом».
