Китайський підрозіділ KFC випустив курячий лате — кава, «натхненна» найвідомішими рецептами мережі. 

 
 

Вартість напою — 12,9 юанів ($1,8), проте з 15 по 17 вересня KFC випустила 10 000 купонів, за якими клієнти могли придбати каву за 6,6 юанів ($0,94).

Ця кава входить до колекції «Sanders’ Select», яка є одою засновнику KFC, полковнику Сандерсу, і має пікантний смак, натхненний куркою за оригінальним рецептом із «секретною сумішшю» трав і спецій, що, звісно ж, відсилає до 11 трав і спецій, які входять до складу оригінального рецепту KFC. 

Нагадаємо, що раніше мережа кав’ярень Starbucks випустила лате зі свининою на честь Китайського Нового року. Як і лате зі свининою, лате з куркою від K Coffee також був сприйнятий користувачами мережі як «напрочуд непоганий».
