Концепция видео принадлежит фонду Place2be, который Миддлтон курирует уже не первый год. Кейт рассказывает, что и она, и ее муж, принц Уильям, не понаслышке знают, каково бывает детям в сложные моменты – такие, как развод или смерть родителей, домашнее насилие, насмешки со стороны одноклассников. Миддлтон предостерегает взрослых от безразличия к эмоциям детей, потому что оно может привести к тяжелым последствиям – депрессии, суицидальным наклонностям или появлению пагубных привычек и зависимостей.
