Шевченківський районний суд Києва обрав запобіжний захід у вигляді застави 1035300 для колишнього головного редактора газети "Вести" Ігоря Гужви.

Про це сказав суддя Євген Мартинов, повідомляють Українські новини

Він визнав обґрунтованими підозри прокуратури щодо Гужви, але визнав необгрунтованим розмір запитуваного Прокуратурою застави.

Суд призначив підозрюваному заставу в розмірі 850 мінімальних зарплат, що становить 1035000 гривень і зобов'язав не виходити з Києва без дозволу слідчого і здати прокурору свій закордонний паспорт.

Дія запобіжного заходу - до 1 жовтня.

Прокуратура просила суд призначити підозрюваному заставу в розмірі 17 млн гривень.

При цьому прокурори демонстрували документ, за яким Гужва одержав у 2014 році більше 141 млн гривень доходу і може сплатити таку суму застави.

Сам Гужва заперечував наявність у нього зазначених коштів і заявив, що наданий прокуратурою документ не має нічого спільного з його декларацією про доходи.

Як повідомляло агентство, 31 липня Державна фіскальна служба оголосила в розшук Гужву за підозрою в ухилянні від сплати 18 млн гривень податків
