Греческие журналисты объявили о 24-часовой забастовке в связи с недофинансированием отраслевого фонда страхования.

Как сообщает Новое время со ссилкой на Daily Mail, из-за забастовки журналистов с 6 утра вторника и до 6 утра среды, новостные веб-сайты не обновляют свой контент, также не печатаются газеты в типографиях.

Профсоюз журналистов Греции (ESIEA) призвал правительство принять законодательство, гарантирующее достаточное финансирование фонда соцстрахования.

Отметим, что Греция, находящаяся в перманентном финансовом кризисе с 2010 года, по требованию международных кредиторов изменила механизмы работы фондов социального страхования.

Это и привело к забастовке журналистов, которые опасаются за финансирование своих пенсий и медицинского обеспечения.
