Генеральна прокуратура підготувала подання до парламенту на дання згоди на притягнення до відповідальності ще трьох народних депутатів.

Про це повідомляє у п'ятницю генпрокурор Юрій Луценко у своєму Facebook.

"В ході спільної перевірки поданих електронних декларацій ГПУ, САП та НАБУ до Верховної Ради України підготовлені подання на зняття депутатської недоторканності з народних депутатів Геннадія Бобова (ст. 212, 366 прим 1 КК України), Євгена Дейдея (ст. 368 прим 2 КК України) та Андрія Лозового ( ст. 212, 368 прим 2 КК України)", – пише він.

Згідно з вказаними Луценком даними, що Бобова з партії "Відродження" підозрюють в ухиленні від сплати податків та декларуванні недостовірної інформації, Дейдея з "Народного фронту" - у незаконному збагаченні, а Лозового (Радикальна партія) - у незаконному збагаченні та ухиленні від сплати податків.
