Государственная дума Российской Федерации приняла в третьем чтении законопроект, который запрещает средства обхода блокировок в интернете.

Об этом сообщает Republic со ссылкой на "Интерфакс".

Так, речь идет в том числе об известных анонимайзерах и сервисах VPN. Законзапрещает владельцам анонимайзеров и VPN-сервисов предоставлять доступ к сайтам, которые заблокированы на территории России. Как сообщается, если эти сервисы откажутся блокировать доступ к запрещенной в РФ информации, их самих ждет блокировка.

Выявлять нарушителей будут сотрудники МВД и ФСБ России.

Закон вступит в силу 1 ноября 2017 года.

23 июля в Москве должно пройти шествие "За свободный интернет". Его участники потребуют отмены цензуры в интернете, отставки главы Роскомнадзора Александра Жарова и реабилитации фигурантов уголовных дел за "репосты и лайки".
