Генеральная прокуратура России предлагает блокировать сайты за экстремистское содержание без экспертизы.

Об этом говорится в документе, опубликованном на сайте нормативных правовых актов, сообщает Крым.Реалии

Согласно тексту предложения, блокировка без привлечения экспертов может применяться к сайтам с явными признаками экстремисткой направленности или к ресурсам, которые могут «иметь широкий общественный резонанс».

Как пишет российская газета «Ведомости», временная инструкция о подобных решениях действует с декабря, но уже хорошо отработана и может быть введена на постоянной основе.

1 февраля 2014 года вступил в силу федеральный закон, предусматривающий возможность блокировки информационных интернет-ресурсов за распространение призывов к массовым беспорядкам, осуществлению экстремистской деятельности и участию в массовых публичных мероприятиях.
