Колишній офіційний фотограф Білого Дому Піт Соуза (Pete Souza) переглянув 1,9 мільйона фотографій Барака Обами й випустив книгу з кращими знімками.

Піт Соуза був особистим фотографом Обами з 2008 по 2016 рік. До фотокниги «Obama: An Intimate Portrait» увійшли й ті знімки, які раніше ніде не були опубліковані, пише Media Sapiens із посиланням на PetaPixel.

«Соуза був тихим спостерігачем і “мухою на стіні”, він був присутній практично на кожній зустрічі і зняв практично кожну хвилину президентства Обами», - зазначає видання. Фотограф здебільшого використовував невелику й тиху камеру без спалаху й старався бути максимально непомітним.

Барак Обама готується до промови у штаті Коннектикут після стрілянини у школі Сенді-Хук.

Фотокнига вже з’явилася на Amazon за ціною $29.

Раніше Піт Соуза дав універсальну пораду для кожного, хто працює або працюватиме фотогарафом президента. Він радить заслужити довіру президента і отримати як можна більше доступу в його адміністрації. Так фотограф зможе робити щось більше, ніж поверхневі знімки.
