Правительство внесло в Верховную Раду законопроект "О Государственном флаге Украины".

Проект №3334 зарегистрирован в парламенте 16 октября. Документ состоит из 12 статей и заключительных положений, сообщает LB.ua

"Не допускается использование изображения Государственного Флага или его имитация в рекламе", - сказано в одной из них.

Кроме того, документом определено, что в течение учебного года ученики общеобразовательных учебных заведений должны принимать присягу на верность Украине и государственному флагу, а также определен перечень лиц, которые должны принимать присягу в День государственного флага (23 августа).

В случае принятия этого законопроекта утратит силу постановление Рады от 28 января 1992 года №2067-XII "О Государственном флаге Украины".

Напомним, нынешнее законодательство ограничивается фактически только постановлением парламента от 1992 года "О государственном флаге Украины", который определяет понятие флага - это прямоугольное полотнище, которое состоит из двух равных полос синего и желтого цвета.
