Колишній обвинувач екс-прем'єра Павла Лазаренка Марта Борщ, яка відмовилась від посади аудитора НАБУ, стала адвокатом депутат-утікача Олександра Онищенка.

Про це  "Українській правді" повідомили джерела.

Раніше в четвер стало відомо, що кандидат на посаду аудитора НАБУ Марта Борщ зняла свою кандидатуру.

Як відомо, НАБУ розілсдує справу щодо Онищенка. За даними слідства, Онищенко з поплічниками продавали газ держпідприємства "Укргазвидобування" за допомогою кількох своїх компаній через "псевдобіржі", що завдало державі збитків на суму понад 1,613 млрд гривень.

Керівниками злочинного угрупування крім самого депутата вважаються його матір Інесса Кадирова і бізнесмен Валерій Постний.

Регламентний комітет Верховної Ради дав згоду на притягнення Онищенка до відповідальності, однак вирішив, що затримувати чи арештувати депутата поки "передчасно".

Онищенко втік з України та перебуває в розшуку, хоча Інтерпол відмовився оголошувати Онищенка в міжнародний розшук. При цьому Онищенко власноруч підписує документи на виплату з бюджету зарплат його помічникам.

5 липня 2016, коли нардеп вже знаходився за кордоном, Верховна Рада дала згоду на притягнення до кримінальної відповідальності, затримання та арешт депутата Онищенка.
