Президент Украины Петр Порошенко назначил Дмитрия Кулебу на должность постоянного представителя страны при Совете Европы.
Соответствующий указ Порошенко подписал 9 апреля, сообщили в администрации президента.
Трудовую деятельность Дмитрий Кулеба ведет с 2003 года. В течение 10-ти лет он работал на различных должностях от третьего секретаря управления юридического обеспечения МИД до советника вице-премьера.
В 2013 Кулеба сделал перерыв и возглавил Фонд культурной дипломатии UART. В июне 2014 года вернулся на работу в МИД по приглашению министра Павла Климкина на должность посла по особым поручениям по вопросам стратегических коммуникаций.На этой должности он занимался внедрением в министерство современных технологий и формированием публичной дипломатии Украины.
