У середу Донецький суд Ростовської області продовжив розгляд справи української льотчиці Надії Савченко.

Головуючий суддя попередив публіку і журналістів: "Всі повинні знати, як поводитися". Серед іншого - під час засідання "не можна кивати". Кивки та інше, за словами судді, можуть "відвернути суд від правосуддя", повідомляє Українська правда

Судді радилися по вчорашньому клопотанню адвокатів Савченко, які, просили припинити кримінальне переслідування їхньої підзахисної в частині епізоду, пов'язаного із замахом на життя потерпілої Елли Бурик (виступала в суді у вівторок).

Підстава, на яку посилалися захисники - Бурик є громадянкою України і, за її власним визнанням у суді, сама ніколи не зверталася до правоохоронних органів своєї країни із заявою про злочин.

Судді постановили, що на даному етапі зняти звинувачення за цим епізодом неможливо - необхідно вивчити всі матеріали справи.

Свідки Дмитрієва і Бурика, яких у вівторок на суді над Савченко допитали як потерпілих, дали практично ідентичні свідчення.
