Центральна виборча комісія (ЦВК) оскаржуватиме рішення Київського апеляційного адміністративного суду, який зобов'язав комісію притримуватися гендерної квоти - обов'язкової наявності 30% жінок у партійних списках місцевих осередків партій. Про це повідомив керівник прес-служби ЦВК Костянтин Хівренко у коментарі РБК-Україна.

"ЦВК готує матеріали для апеляційного оскарження", - сказав Хівренко.

Постанова може бути оскаржена в апеляційному порядку до Вищого адміністративного суду України у дводенний строк з дня її оголошення, відповідно 2 жовтня - останній день для такого оскарження.

Нагадаємо, 30 вересня Київський апеляційний адміністративний суд скасував рішення ЦВК від 23 вересня, згідно з яким недотримання норми закону "Про місцеві вибори" про представництво осіб однієї статі у виборчих списках не є підставою для відмови в реєстрації.

28 вересня "Самопоміч" подала позов до Київського апеляційного адміністративного суду з вимогою визнати відповідне рішення ЦВК в частині дотримання гендерної квоти незаконним.
