Немецкий издательский дом Axel Springer завершает переговоры о приобретении делового портала новостей Business Insider. Об это пишет издание Re/code, ссылаясь на источники, близкие к переговорам, сообщает ЛIГАБiзнесIнформ

По имеющимся данным, сумма сделки может составить около 500 млн евро. Стороны, скорей всего, договорятся в ближайшие недели. Представители Axel Springer не комментируют информацию.

Напомним, в январе Axel Springer возглавил группу инвесторов, которая намеревалась купить за $25 млн миноритарный пакет в Business Insider.

Business Insider был создан бывшим аналитиком Уолл-стрит Генри Блоджетом. 

Напомним, неделю назад Axel Springer объявил о продаже своих активов в России. Среди них - журналы Forbes и Geo.
