Более половины жителей СШАготовы поддержать кандидатуру бывшего госсекретаря США Хиллари Клинтон в случае ее участия в президентских выборах 2016 года, свидетельствуют данные опроса, проведенного по заказу "Вашингтон пост" и телекомпании Эй-Би-Си,пишет Сегодня

Так, 54% респондентов сообщили, что готовы поддержать именно ее кандидатуру в случае, если соперником Х.Клинтон окажется экс-губернатор Флориды республиканец Джеб Буш. За брата экс-президента США Джорджа Буша-младшего при таком варианте согласились проголосовать 41% опрошенных.

В случае, если бы соперником Х.Клинтон стал республиканец Митт Ромни, потерпевший поражение на президентских выборах в 2012 году, то экс-госсекретаря США поддержали бы 55% американцев против 40%, готовых голосовать за ее соперника.

При этом большинство опрошенных отмечало, что при выборе наиболее удачного кандидата для них несущественен тот факт, что Х.Клинтон – супруга бывшего президента США Билла Клинтона и что в случае победы она станет первой женщиной-президентом в истории страны.

Кроме того, более половины опрошенных сообщили, что на их желание выразить поддержку Дж.Бушу не влияет то, что его отец и брат уже были президентами США.

Х.Клинтон, Дж.Буш и М.Ромни пока не заявляли официально о своем намерении баллотироваться на пост президента США в 2016 году. Тем не менее, именно их кандидатуры считают наиболее вероятными для участия в президентской гонке.
