Верховная Рада Украины будет расширять территорию доступа к публичной информации, а не сужать ее. Об этом заявил председатель парламентского комитета по вопросам свободы слова и информации Николай Томенко, комментируя инициативы некоторых депутатов относительно изменений в Закон относительно доступа к публичной информации, передает Цензор.НЕТ со ссылкой на пресс-службу «Батькивщины».
Относительно законопроекта о внесении изменений в Закон Украины "О доступе к публичной информации " (относительно усовершенствования отдельных процедур ) под № 0331, который недавно зарегистрирован группой народных депутатов, Николай Томенко отметил, что он не имеет никаких шансов быть поддержанным ни профильным комитетом, ни оппозицией, ни парламентом в целом. Ведь этот законопроект направлен на сужение территории доступа к публичной информации. Так, в частности, он предусматривает, что любые данные физических лиц являются конфиденциальными (семейное положение) и могут быть обнародованы только по прямому разрешению; запрет гражданам Украины копировать государственные документы, возможность органам государственной власти не отвечать на информационные запросы при определенных обстоятельствах, а также вводит оплату гражданами ответы на информационные запросы, превышающие по объему 10 страниц и т.д.
Томенко напомнил, что комитет по вопросам свободы слова подготовил ко второму чтению проект закона о внесении изменений в некоторые законодательные акты Украины в связи с принятием Закона Украины "Об информации" (в новой редакции) и Закона Украины "О доступе к публичной информации" (№ 0947 ) и уже несколько месяцев вместе с общественностью требует немедленного рассмотрения его в парламенте.
«Поэтому Верховная Рада будет расширять территорию доступа к публичной информации, а не сужать ее», - убежден глава комитета.
