Подольский районный суд Киева по иску депутата-регионала Инны Богословской обязал члена Свободы, ответственного за связи с общественностью в столичной организации партии, Александра Аронца опровергнуть пост в социальной сети Facebook и заплатить 50 тыс.грн. моральной компенсации. Соответствующее решение приняла сегодня судья Галина Супрун, передает корреспондент ЛІГАБізнесІнформ.

Напомним, Богословская обратилась в суд с иском о защите чести и достоинства из-за записи Аронца "Ведьма украла крестик у националиста". Аронец утверждал, что в ходе одной из потасовок в Верховной Раде Богословская сорвала с груди депутата Гелевея нательный крестик.

Регионал просила суд возместить ей моральную компенсацию в сумме 250 тыс.грн.

В ходе судебного разбирательства представитель истца Елена Дундова настаивала, что публикация содержит оскорбление и обвинение в преступлении. В свою очередь, Аронец считает, что пост содержит "допустимую критику".

Судья Супрун пришла к выводу, что Аронец должен опровергнуть запись и выплатить компенсацию в сумме 50 тыс.грн.
