РЕН ТВ опублікував фейкове повідомлення про те, що прибульці з космосу допомагали Гітлеру, а також захопили владу в США. Таке повідомлення з’явилося на сайті телеканалу з посиланням на іранське агентство Fars News. Першоджерелом повідомлення є американський сайт фейкових новин Whatdoesitmean. 

Згідно з повідомленням, факт присутності інопланетян-нацистів підтверджують документи колишнього працівника американських спецслужб Едварда Сноудена. Прибульці нібито захопили владу у США відразу після Другої світової війни,пише Телекритика

Видання заявляє, що інопланетяни створили власний уряд в штаті Невада, а президент США Барак Обама є лише їхньою маріонеткою. У повідомленні також сказано, що прибульці допомагали Адольфу Гітлеру та сприяли розвитку нацистської Німеччини через постачання секретних технічних розробок.  

Уперше цю псевдоновину опубліковано 11 січня 2014 року на сайті фейкових новин Whatdoesitmean. Автором повідомлення є Сорча Фаал – віртуальний персонаж, якого пов’язують із власником сайту Девідом Бутом. У травні цього року інтернет-видання опублікувало фейкову новину про те, що США відмовилися прийняти вбитих в Україні американських шпигунів.    

Варто зазначити, що з 2011 року телеканал РЕН ТВ систематично транслює псевдонаукові програми про інопланетян та паранормальні явища.
