Легенда українського футболу і тренер-початківець Андрій Шевченко заявив, що не збирається повертатися в політику.

"Чи братиму я участь у виборах в Раду? Ні. Політика мене більше не цікавить", - заявив Андрій в інтерв'ю "Вестям".

При цьому, він відмовився говорити про політичне життя в Україні. "Не хочеться говорити все, що про це думаю", - додав Андрій.

Нагадаємо, що у 2012 році Шевченко балотувався у Верховну раду другим номером у виборчому списку партії "Україна - вперед!". Партія у парламент не пройшла.
