Шоу від Netflix розповідало історії нейрохірургів закладу, які намагалися знайти баланс між боротьбою з пухлинами в операційних та особистим життям. Це зробило деяких із головних персонажів серіалу місцевими знаменитостями.

Очільник системи охорони здоров’я Northwell, до якої входить лікарня «Ленокс Гілл», Майкл Доулінг-молодший стверджує, що медичний заклад досі не отримував жодних коштів за документальні фільми та шоу. Досвід участі в цих проєктах став хорошою рекламою для лікарні, а також підвищив  моральний дух співробітників.

«Тому в лікарні вирішили заснувати виробничу компанію з назвою Northwell Studios, щоб знімати більше телешоу та фільмів. Наразі співробітники готують до запуску п’ять проєктів», — повідомляє The New York Times.
