 Уся справа в успіху push – повідомлень новинного застосунку BBC. Вони стали впливовішими за телебачення, радіо, Тік Ток чи подкасти. Про це пише Guardian.

 

 BBC не публікує кількість користувачів, але зовнішні дослідження показують, що близько 12,6 мільйона британців встановили новинний застосунок. 

Джерела в редакції BBC кажуть, що фактична цифра вища, і припускають, що близько 60% користувачів мають увімкнені сповіщення. Це означає, що типове push-сповіщення доходить до телефонів 7 мільйонів британців – більше, ніж будь-який інший випуск новин у Великій Британії.

Сповіщення може спонукати читачів відкрити повну новину – або його заголовок  може існувати як окрема новина, якщо вкладається у 25 слів
