Сьогодні, 17 січня, проводяться повторні вибори депутатів місцевих, сільських та селищних рад, міських голів на території Броварського району та Бориспільщини.
Станом на 12:00 годину до поліції Київщини надійшло 24 повідомлення, пов’язаних з порушенням виборчого процесу. Поліція провела перевірку, за матеріалами яких складено 8 адміністративних протоколів, -
інформує поліція Київщини.
Зокрема, низка повідомлень до поліції надійшла про фотографування виборчих бюлетенів та інші неправомірні дії учасниками виборів.
Поліцейські відреагували на всі звернення оперативно і склали відносно порушників 6 адмінпротоколів - за публічне розголошення виборцем, результатів волевиявлення в приміщенні для голосування (ст. 212-22 Кодексу України про адміністративне правопорушення).
Ще один з жителів міста Бровари в приміщені ДВК ображав учасників виборчого процесу та ще й прийшов до виборчої дільниці без засобів індивідуального захисту. За такі правопорушення працівники поліції склали відносно чоловіка адміністративні протоколи за ст. 173 та за ст. 44-3 КУпАП.
Також триває перевірка про невчасне відкриття виборчої дільниці. Так, одна з ДВК у місті Бровари не відкрилася о 8-й годині ранку, оскільки члени підготовчого засідання не встигли вчасно реєструвати спостерігачів виборчого процесу.
Поліція Київщини реагує на всі повідомлення і залишається поза політикою!
Також звертається до всіх учасників виборчого процесу не порушувати закон, не забувати про обов’язкові засоби індивідуального захисту та міри особистої безпеки щодо нерозповсюдження коронавірусної інфекції.
