В Беларуси перед президентскими выборами, которые запланированы на воскресенье, 9 августа, политтехнологу Виталию Шклярову предъявили обвинение.

Известно, что Шклярову предъявлено обвинение по части 1 статьи 342 — в организации и подготовке действий, грубо нарушающих общественный порядок, либо активном участии в них.

Санкции данной статьи предусматривают до трех лет лишения свободы.

Напомним, что 29 июля белорусского политтехнолога Виталия Шклярова задержали в Минске. Задержание политтехнолога связано с его работой на блогера Сергея Тихановского.

Шкляров проживает в США. Он родился в Беларуси, там же живет его мать. Работал как политтехнолог со штабами канцлера Германии Ангелы Меркель, экс-президента США Барака Обамы, кандидата в президенты США Берни Сандерса, телеведущей Ксении Собчак
