Заместитель министра иностранных дел Украины Василий Боднар заявил, что выборы в отдельных районах Донецкой и Луганской областей (ОРДЛО) состоятся только при создании необходимых условий для организации избирательного процесса, на что могут уйти десятки лет. Об этом сообщает Укринформ.
Пессимистичный прогноз Боднар сделал в Херсоне 10 октября во время встречи в рамках проекта "Диалоги об Украине"
"Выборы под российскими войсками пройти не могут. Понятно? Возвращение украинской власти и международного контроля позволит провести выборы. Только украинская Центральная избирательная комиссия, только украинские партии, только украинские СМИ. Не российские, не те выдуманные ими", - сказал Бондарь.
По мнению чиновника, к выборам на Донбассе "мы можем идти и десятки лет. И это надо понимать".
