За словами журналіста, який мав розмову з речником Білого дому, той подзвонив йому, щоб дізнатися, звідки він отримав інформацію про закритий вечір Дональда Трампа, його дружини, колишнього директора Fox News Білла Шайна, а також телеведучого Шона Генніті.

Тоді же, під час розмови з журналістом, Скарамуччі звинуватив співробітників Білого дому у витоках інформації і пообіцяв їх звільнити, а журналіста закликав розкрити ім'я свого інформатора.

"Я кожного з них звільню. Я очищу Білий дім за два тижні, - сказав Скарамуччі.

Після цього, він почав звинувачувати Райнса Прібуса в тому, що саме він "злив" журналістам всю інформацію.

"І я доберуся до Прібус, який повідомив вам про вечерю. Він дуже скоро піде у відставку ", - погрожував Скарамуччі.

У відповідь на питання журналіста про те, чому він вважає саме Прібус джерелом інформації, речник Білого дому відповів, що він параноїдальний шизофренік.
