Компания Apple работает над собственным приложением для социальной сети на основе Facebook, Snapchat и Instagram.

Об этом сообщает LB.ua со ссилкой Bloomberg.

По словам сотрудников Apple, новая программа позволит пользователям записывать и редактировать видеоролики, применять разнообразные фильтры и делиться результатом с другими юзерами.

Согласно информации Bloomberg, в стремлении "извлечь максимальную выгоду из популярности соцсетей" Apple ориентируется на молодых пользователей, которые тратят от 30 до 50 минут в день на популярные приложения, среди которых Facebook, Snapchat и Instagram.

Кроме инструментов работы с видеороликами, разработчики собираются добавить несколько функций, присущих соцсетям. Так, будет возможность контакта между разными юзерами. "Двое друзей смогут увидеть все текстовые сообщения, электронную почту, видеоролики и фотографии друг друга", - рассказал представитель компании.

Новое приложение будет доступно для скачивания в AppStore, либо будет выпущено как автоматическое дополнение к камере "яблочных" гаджетов. По словам сотрудников компании, в соцсети будут использоваться видеоролики квадратной формы, как и в Instagram.

В разработке пока еще безымянного приложения, выход которого запланирован на 2017 год, участвует команда, создавшая такие программы, как Final Cut Pro и iMovie
