Головне управління МВС України в Київській області 6 вересня за результатами тендерів уклало угоди на реконструкцію адміністративних будинків під житло підрозділу міліції особливого призначення "Беркут".

Про це повідомляється у "Віснику державних закупівель", передають"Наші гроші".

За інформацією видання, загальна вартість угод становила 12,69 млн гривень. Реконструювати збираються приміщення у Броварах по вулиці Кірова, 53.

Як зазначається, з цієї суми 0,48 млн гривень піде на проектно-кошторисну документацію, яку розроблятиме Державний спеціальний проектний інститут МВСУ.

Сама ж реконструкція обійдеться в 12,21 млн гривень, завершити її повинні до кінця року.

Підряд отримало ТОВ "СТС-Генпідряд". Її заснували Василь Запорожець, його син Руслан Запорожець та ТОВ "СТС-конструкція", у свою чергу засноване тим самим Василем Запорожецем та Григорєм Сидоренком. Єдиним конкурентом  на цьому конкурсі було київське ТОВ "Аква Балі".

Як повідомлялося, "СТС-Генпідряд" почало вигравати державні тендери у 2011 році, отримавши за цей час підряди вартістю 90,51 млн гривень на ремонт офісу ДПС, корпусів лікарні "Феофанія" ДУСі, дзвіниці Успенського собору Київо-Печерської лаври, кінно-спортивної бази "Динамо", головного офісу Вищої кваліфікаційної комісії суддів України.
